Sarah gained her freelancing experience in floral industry working for established floral designers. In addition, she attended the Brooklyn Botanic Garden’s floral design program. She graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in International Relations.

Hana earned a degree in Horticulture in Czech Republic and after a hiatus, she returned to working with flowers when she began taking classes in Brooklyn Botanic Garden’s floral design program. She enjoys gardening and designing arrangements with simplicity.

Following a 13-year interior textile design career, Kaz is persuing her passion and became a floral designer after earning a certificate from Horticultural Society of New York. She often uses her illustration skills to visually communicate with her clients. She loves to garden, and also enjoys floral photography.

The three met while working as freelance florists and found compatibility in their love of flowers and color. After working together for several months, they decided to join as business partners and in 2006, started Inbetween Greens.
